A barnstar for you!

Great job writing Nevertheless, she persisted. I could tell this was a difficult article to write. Cheers! ComputerJA () 14:04, 1 May 2017 (UTC)

Re: Thanks!

I very much appreciate this edit to the lead of the article Nevertheless, she persisted. It was brilliant! Thanks for contributing to improve the clarity of the most-often read part of any article. Cheers! — Grand'mere Eugene (talk) 17:14, 3 May 2017 (UTC)

DYK for Nevertheless, she persisted

On 1 May 2017, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Nevertheless, she persisted, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that after Mitch McConnell said, "Nevertheless, she persisted" in reference to Elizabeth Warren's silencing during a U.S. Senate debate, more than 100 women in Minneapolis got tattoos (example pictured) of that meme? You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Nevertheless, she persisted), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

Re: Democrat2016

Hi, I do not think "Democrat2016" is legit. Each one of their edits has been what looks like raw vandalism, stuff like this https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Mr._Smith_Goes_to_Washington&diff=prev&oldid=779060042

They are also inserting that very weird capitalization. Do you know the best place to report it? Morty C-137 (talk) 16:36, 19 May 2017 (UTC)

Morty C-137, thanks for your note. I did see the other warnings on Democrat2016's talk page, and noted that mine was the second warning this month. I agree this editor's behavior warrants watching, but to report it, please see the Guide to administrator intervention against vandalism. Cheers! — Grand'mere Eugene (talk) 17:12, 19 May 2017 (UTC)
