Hello, and wecome to Wikipedia. The Oxford comma is optional in Wikipedia. Per MOS:VAR, please do not add it to articles where it is not in use. Many experienced editors here believe that it adds clutter and is not helpful in simple lists. Also, in your edit summaries, it would be helpful, instead of simply saying "grammar", you would note what sort of changes you are making, noting the section of the MOS that you are relying on, such as "Added a comma". -- Ssilvers (talk) 21:54, 12 September 2022 (UTC)
- Hello there. I'm quite familiar with MOS:VAR, and if you'd please take a closer look, the Oxford comma actually is in use in the article, including right in the lead. I ask that you please self-revert in order to avoid an edit war. Thanks. GrammarDamner how are things? 22:07, 12 September 2022 (UTC)
- Ssilvers, I'm a little confused. I thought I very clearly pointed out that the Oxford comma is indeed used in that article. Furthermore, some of the things you did when you said you were reverting bad edits undid much needed grammar corrections. I once again kindly ask that you please self-revert to avoid an edit war and/or avoid leaving mistakes in the article. Thank you, and have a great day.
