Ed Bishop image edit

The image won't be deleted if you go about it that way. You don't get to remove the rationale and force something else in there. The proper way to contest the rationale is at Wikipedia:Non-free content review where the community will review and decide the outcome.

I second the recommendation concerning WP:NFCR, although on the basis of general precedent here I doubt that this image would be deleted following review. While a person is still living, non-free likenesses of that person are considered replaceable; the likeness of a person who is deceased is usually not reasonably replaceable. Some sort of authoritative clarification as to the existence and nature of free alternatives is required for there to be a sound basis for deletion of this non-free image.
