Your test edits to James Joyce
Hello, and thank you for experimenting with the page James Joyce on Wikipedia. Your test worked, and it has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you may wish to do. I encourage you to also take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thank you for your interest in Wikipedia.

Your edit was funny, but please do remember that we're trying to build an encyclopedia, OK? In the future, I suggest saving your humour for your userpage. Thank you. Kyoko 15:26, 17 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

License tagging for Image:Judd.JPG edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Judd.JPG. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 00:12, 11 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Please don't be silly edit

Please don't monkey about with joke edits, such as your edit to Gay Byrne. We try hard here to produce something we can all be proud of, and silliness doesn't help. Articles are monitored, and users messing around could be blocked. Why not try contributing something useful instead? Have a look at the links below and get stuck in properly:

Thanks – and enjoy yourself as a responsible Wikipedian! Denisarona (talk) 05:43, 1 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

December 2011 edit

Hello and welcome! I edit Wikipedia too, under the username Guerillero. Wikipedia is written by people like you and me, so thank you for taking the time to participate. I wanted to let you know that I undid one of your recent contributions, such as the one you made to Rugby union with this edit, because it didn’t appear constructive to me. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions about editing, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! Guerillero | My Talk 05:41, 1 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Leo burdock edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Leo burdock requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. LivitEh?/What? 06:02, 1 December 2011 (UTC)Reply
