But how can the Africans fund its organizations when they are bogged down with external debt crisis, troubling economy and depended on foreign aids? All the regional economic organizations formed to foster economic growth and African unity and solidarity has been slaughtered on the alter of dependency and importations. Please Note: An importation based economy has got nothing to do in the contemporary international system and are usually considered a pariah-state (a state or country where no country would want to interact with due to its dependency mentality). Africans, especially Nigeria, should end the survival mentality and opt for the living mentality. They should end the consumptive mentality and opt for the productive mentality if Africa is to put itself on the world's map of development and economic stability. ..............
