Normally, I'd suggest that, if you've solved the problem that made your block necessary, you request unblocking at the talk page of your original account. However, since it doesn't appear that you have solved the problem of inappropriate use of multiple accounts, I don't think such a request is likely to be successful. As a general rule of thumb, you should stop creating new accounts, and stay away from Wikipedia for a period of time equal to one week for each account or ip you've used- then politely request unblocking at your original talk page, with a sincere apology for breaking the rules and a specific plan for doing useful work.
