I concur with the criticism that this article had ADVERTISING content. I have deleted ALL of the offending material.

1. Paragraph #2 (beginning with “The importance of the Proprioceptive Method” and finishing with “which is made available on that website.” has been entirely removed.

2. Under ==Summary.==, ===Future work is still needed.===, the phrase “In spite of its recent dominance in spoken English instruction” has been removed since is was a reference to paragraph #2.

3. Under ==Endnotes==, ====References====, the footnote “ Learning a Spoken Second Language, http://www.freeenglishnow.com/lsfl.pdf and Learning Spoken English http://www.freeenglishnow.com/lse.pdf” has been removed.

With this edit, there is nothing in the article which suggests advertising..

Nonetheless, the PROPRIOCEPTIVE METHOD is far from being merely a theoretical article. The method is widely used with an approximate distribution of 6,000 CDs of the complete course each month. The new language learning method developed for it merits mention in Wikipedia. I believe the remainder of the article is well researched and documented, and that the article now makes a definite contribution to the field of language education.

PROPRIOCEPTIVE is, of course, a word which can be used of many activities. (It is an adjective.) This article is precise, however, in identifying it as the PROPRIOCEPTIVE LANGUAGE LEARNING METHOD.

Thanks for your understanding in my first attempt in submitting. I made a mistake. Sorry.

I would appreciate any further comments.

regarding the blanking of Proprioceptive Method

edit

Please don't blank the page. Let the discussion take its course. If you have comments to add to the Afd discussion, please do so. Personally, I think there is an article hiding in what you wrote, it just needs to be re-written. --Rocksanddirt 21:57, 25 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

I have moved your recent addition to the Stuttering page to Talk:Stuttering for discussion as it is written in a promotional manner and links to an external site which is not a relaible source. Please discuss it there, thanks, Ruhrfisch ><>°° 14:16, 9 February 2010 (UTC)Reply
