edit

Hello, I'm Oblivy. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Samba (rice), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Blogs are not generally considered reliable sources, per WP:BLOG. Oblivy (talk) 00:59, 18 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

Your account has been indefinitely blocked from editing because it has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia. Also, your username gives the impression that the account represents a business, organisation, group, or web site, which is against the username policy.

If you intend to make useful contributions instead of promoting your business or organization, you may request unblock and a username change. In your reasons, you must:

  • Disclose any compensation you may receive for your contributions in accordance with the paid-contribution disclosure requirement; and
  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked; and
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked; and
  • Provide a new username.

To do this, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with your new username and replace the text "Your reason here" with your reasons to be unblocked.

Please note that the new username you choose cannot already be taken and in use by another account. You can search to see if the username you'd like to choose is available. If the search returns that no global account with that username exists, that means it is still available.

Appeals: If, after reviewing the guide to appealing blocks, you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal it by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your reason here" with the reasons you believe the block was an error, and publish the page. Jauerbackdude?/dude. 16:04, 19 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

This user's request to be unblocked to request a change in username has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without a good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Requested username:

Request reason:

before giving my resons i could like to say sorry if i cause any inconvience to you all but my intention was not that i am new to wikipedia i still dont known many things about it like citation i didnt had proper knowledge about how to do it so i by mistakely publish the article without citation. but t have realised my mistake and could definitely not repeat it again \. and about my username as i said earlier i am new to it i didnt wanted to use my real name first due to privacy reasons so created this acc with a dummy name i am not connected to any business or organization and i didnt known that using this dummy name is not allowed i will not repeat this mistake again i would like to start my acc with my real name i would be grateful you can unblock my acc and give me one more chance

Decline reason:

You don't need to use your real name, you just need to have an individualistic username. 331dot is not my real name, of course. You didn't use a dummy name, you used the name of what I assume is your blog(since you linked to it in a citation). Please see conflict of interest and paid editing(if you generate income with your blog, like through clicks or ads). Also be aware that making health claims requires a high quality level of sourcing(see WP:MEDRS). Please tell in a new request what edits you will make that are not related to your blog. 331dot (talk) 08:05, 20 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
