IP unblock
I'm assuming that you are the one asking via email for an unblock of a certain IP address. I'm sorry, but this is an IP from which vandalism starts almost as soon as the previous block ends. It's currently 9 months into a 1 year block. Lifting of account creation blocking greatly weakens the block. And given the level of vandalism from this IP each time the block expires, I'm not particularly inclined to weaken this one, sorry. It's been blocked almost continuously for 2 years now, and I'm afraid it will need to stay so, IMHO. - TexasAndroid (talk) 14:34, 11 March 2009 (UTC)
