Final warning

After just deleting some of your reposts and then looking at your edits, I would have blocked you indefinitely. Since you’re already blocked for one week, I’ll just tell you that upon the expiration of your block, any problematic edits of any kind will subject you to an indefinite block from further editing. This is because as far as I can tell you have not made a single edit that was a positive for the project and your edits are wasting the time of numerous editors; that is:

• Edit warring at Mahendra Kumar (magistrate) to remove the {{db-g4}} tag (when you were not allowed to remove it at all);
• Not abiding by the consensus at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/DM Mahendra Kumar and then wasting the time of multiple editors by recreating the page at Mahendra Kumar (IAS) after its deletion, and then a bunch of other times at other titles (Draft:Mahendra Kumar (magistrate); User:Giteshs78/sandbox/Mahendra Kumar (magistrate); and three different times at Mahendra Kumar (magistrate))
• vandalizing User:CommonsDelinker in apparent (utterly futile) retaliation for removal of multiple already deleted image titles that were copyright violations that, in turn, wasted the time of users at the Commons (to others, see Commons:User talk:Giteshs78);
• wasting more time at Draft:Saurabh Kumar Shah by resubmitting with no changes to address the prior decline (for a draft that does not meet our policies and guidelines);
• the nonsense, inexplicable tagging of George Chapman (businessman) with a Db-blanked tag, which is pretty transparently an attempt at retaliation at Shirt58 because of his deletion of one of the above recreations;
• the ridiculous number of pages shown in your deleted edits because you are not making any edits that can stick; and
• other edits that don’t appear as malevolent, but which are not competent (e.g. [1], [2], [3] and [4], among many others).--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 21:05, 13 August 2017 (UTC)

Did you not read the final warning above, in particular the first and second points? It's quite obvious that you do not have the understanding or the proficiency in written English that is required to edit this encyclopedia productively. You have shown no understanding of Wikipedia policies and procedures throughout your time here. This is not a crime for a brand-new user--we were all new once, and these policies can get very complicated. But over the course of these last few weeks, there has been no evidence that you have learned anything about what Wikipedia is and is not, about the rules, about the principles of collaboration upon which Wikipedia is built, and no understanding of the reasons why your articles get rejected and your other edits get reverted. And there is no indication that you're even trying to learn these things. These are the reasons why I agree that you should not be allowed to edit here at this time. If you want your user page deleted, just blank it. I believe you can do that even when blocked. No one is "subscribed" to Wikipedia. Accounts cannot be deleted ever, as your contributions now belong to Wikipedia and you irrevocably listened them to Wikipedia. That licence requires you be attributed for your contributions.
