Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions; however, it appears you may have written a Wikipedia article about yourself. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – please see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to or change an existing article about yourself, you are welcome to propose the changes by visiting the article's talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was the page I created deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss this with the deleting administrator. Thank you. Your submission at Articles for creation

Hello MurielMary (talk) Thank you for taking the time to review my page on Philippa Beale. I absolutely agree with you that there should be sufficient evidence of artistic notability on the page in the form of significant galleries or awards. Hence the multiple mentions of Philippa's work in permanent collections, the ICA (Institute of Contemporary Arts) which is a world-renowned artistic institution, along with the Whitechapel Art Gallery. She is also in the National Art Archive at the V&A as I have cited. f you need evidence of these institutions' notability, let me know.

Referring to Wikipedia's criteria to be fulfilled - Philippa Beale qualifies for 2,3 and 4.

1.The person is regarded as an important figure or is widely cited by peers or successors.

2.The person is known for originating a significant new concept, theory, or technique. Philippa co-founded the Arborealists.

3.The person has created or played a major role in co-creating a significant or well-known work or collective body of work. In addition, such work must have been the primary subject of an independent and notable work (for example, a book, film, or television series, but usually not a single episode of a television series) or of multiple independent periodical articles or reviews.

4.The person's work (or works) has: (a) become a significant monument, (b) been a substantial part of a significant exhibition, (c) won significant critical attention, or (d) been represented within the permanent collections of several notable galleries or museums.

Thank you for your consideration. --Gingerfinallysnaps (talk) 19:22, 5 November 2020 (UTC)Gingerfinallysnaps (talk)Reply
