Deleted politicians' photos

Hi there. Thanks for taking time to upload these photos, however, as you know they have been deleted on the grounds of not having met the non-free content criterion. I think the main reason for this was because you could in theory take your own photo of say Fabian Picardo and upload that to Wikimedia Commons under a sharealike licence. However, I think the photo of Charles Bruzon may be permissible considering the fact that he is deceased. I suggest you try uploading that one again making it clear in your fair use rationale that it would not be possible to obtain a free equivalent as he is now deceased. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

• make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
