This account has been used to evade blocks on one or more other accounts. On the talk page of a previous account you were told of the reasons for the block, but you have ignored that information, and continued to edit in the same way from this account. You were also told on that talk page how to request an unblock if you intended to edit in accordance with Wikipedia policies in future. Instead of taking notice of what you were told you just ignored the block, created another account, and continued to edit in violation of the same policies that you had been told had led to the block. This account too has therefore been indefinitely blocked from editing. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} to the bottom of the talk page of your original account, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. You should also take note of teh fact that under current Wikipedia policy if you evade your block for a second time by using yet another account (or if is found that you have already done so) then you will be automatically considered to be banned from Wikipedia, and no administrator will be permitted to unblock any of your accounts unless a community discussion concludes that you should be unblocked.
