Migration to France articles

edit

Hi. You seem to be creating articles on immigrant groups in France by copying material from similar UK articles. In doing so, you have left in text such as "2013 ONS estimate". The ONS is the British national statistical office, so it's not relevant to articles such as Belgians in France. Can I suggest that you have a read of Wikipedia:Verifiability and Wikipedia:Citing sources, and that you base these articles on reliable sources? Sockpuppet investigation

edit

Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Ghumen, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community. Cordless Larry (talk) 14:26, 20 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

Article "creation"

edit

Ghumen1, it should be obvious to anyone with a bit of common sense that you can't just copy stuff from somewhere and pasted it into a new article as if you wrote it yourself. And as it happens this is all explained in Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. You did this already under your old account--please consider this your only warning.

As for that other account, you have a choice--this one or that one. Take your pick. Drmies (talk) 22:47, 20 August 2015 (UTC)Reply
