Speedy deletion nomination of The Fleming Hong Kong edit

A tag has been placed on The Fleming Hong Kong requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion," which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Undeleting the Fleming for further drafting edit
Greetings, if you feel that you can make improvements to Fleming and meet the standards of WP:Notability, you can file a request at Wikipedia:Requests for undeletion. Do not request it be undeleted as an article, instead ask that it be "userified" into a draft on your userspace, so that you can work on it at your leisure. - Unfortunately, although MatthewVanitas no doubt meant well in posting that comment, he is in this case mistaken. One of the reasons for deletion was copyright infringement, and material which infringes copyright cannot legally be restored, whether as an article or as a user page (or as anything else). In this case the article would have to be rewritten from scratch. However, I have replied to your message on my talk page: you can read it at this link. JamesBWatson (talk) 08:25, 12 May 2011 (UTC)

This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic.
