Just because you were unblocked... edit

...doesn't mean you can go around recreating pages relating to this Bari person you admire. If you really think he is worth adding to Wikipedia, you need to write articles in a neutral point of view, with no lectures, no copyrighted pictures or essays or the like, and you must have references like <ref> some ref </ref>.
