Can you please help me with this:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Multiplicative_digital_root
May I make that edit even though the source doesn't match my edit? George Albert Lee (talk) 16:54, 3 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
I replied there. - DVdm (talk) 22:46, 9 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
@DVdm: I'm sorry for bothering, maybe you can help me with my question. If I forgot to sign my comment and it was later auto-signed, should I edit it and sign the proper way, or leave it as is?
I wonder why doesn't Wikipedia automatically sign comments as almost every website does? Everybody would benefit from that. George Albert Lee (talk) 19:05, 11 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
@George Albert Lee: You don't have to replace "autosignatures" once they are created. Yes, sometimes unsigned messages are autosigned by a bot, but sometimes it takes a long time before the bot notices, and sometimes the messages don't get autosigned at all. Best to always type the tildes. - DVdm (talk) 19:16, 11 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
