Many of these cpatives were listed on various DoD or DoJ documents under a wide variety of names. The DoD used a wide variety of names, with no explanation as to why they didn't use one consistent name for the captive.

Since these captives faced this apparently serious allegation -- that they were named on this suspicious list -- for the allegation to be truly meaningful shouldn't it identify which of the various names they identified the captive as they used when identifying that he was on the list?

About half of the references to this list make clear that the comparison was performed with names translated into English. For this allegation to be truly meaningful shouldn't it be performed comparing the untranslated versions of the captive's names with the untranslated names on the list?
