I saw your question at Heironymous' talk page, and I thought I'd try to help. The problem with the previous upload is that you failed to provide a source and failed to provide a license. You've now provided a license, but the source is still missing, so it could technically be deleted. Did you take this photograph of the flag yourself? If so, please add a comment to the description page saying that you took the picture. Nyttend (talk) 22:58, 9 April 2010 (UTC)
