I deleted a page at that title over two years ago because it didn't include any claim of significance (WP:CSD#A7) and because it blatantly promoted the subject (WP:CSD#G11). There's nothing stopping you from creating a new page about the organisation, but if you don't want it to be deleted again you should include evidence that the organisation meets the relevant notability criteria.
