Thanks for uploading File:Natarajan Sankaran.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to introduce inappropriate pages to Wikipedia, as you did at Natarajan Sankaran, you may be blocked from editing. If you need guidance on how to create appropriate pages, try using the Article Wizard. When an article has been the subject of a deletion discussion which has resulted in a consensus to delete, trying to unilaterally overturn that consensus by simply ignoring it and recreating the article is not constructive.
