the block is no longer necessary because I understand what you have been blocked for, I will not continue to cause damage or disruption to the wikipedia.

I'm sorry, but just copying the words "the block is no longer necessary because I understand what you have been blocked for, I will not continue to cause damage or disruption to the wikipedia" is not sufficient, as we need to be convinced that you genuinely understand the problems here. Unfortunately, experience shows that many people who simply claim they understand actually do not. So please make a new unblock request, and explain in your own words what the problem was and why it was a problem, and explain what you will do differently if unblocked.
