edit

You are not allowed to edit Wikipedia while the threats stand or the legal action is unresolved.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  331dot (talk) 09:43, 15 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

While we cannot stop you from pursuing legal action, you cannot make legal threats on Wikipedia, nor can you edit Wikipedia if you have a legal action underway. You can pursue your grievances in the courts of your country or on Wikipedia, but not both. To be unblocked you will need to withdraw any and all legal threats and/or indicate any legal actions underway are concluded.

Please understand that Wikipedia summarizes what independent reliable sources state. Please also review conflict of interest and paid editing. 331dot (talk) 09:48, 15 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

I don't want any legal suit, but only to cooperate in restoring the true. In my capacity of wellknow official representative of the Royal House of Montenegro. GIUTEDESCHI (talk) 11:04, 15 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

I don't want any legal suit Then please explain why you very clearly stated in this message, If you persist in spreading erroneous news by deleting and not restoring the news posted by the royal house, the royal house of Montenegro will take legal action. That sounds like you do, in fact, want any legal suit. Regards, User:TheDragonFire300. (Contact me | Contributions). 11:26, 15 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

I try to explain sure that you know how a historical and proven royal house like the Petrovich-Njegos royal house of Montenegro works. its leader is Prince Nicholas II, whose ancestor is the last king of Montenegro Nicholas I. Prince Nicholas has entrusted me with the post of official representative for over 10 years and the prince also has a diplomatic adviser. we manage all external relations, official visits, the conferral of orders from the royal house and so on. In recent days there have been vandalizing acts of some Wikipedia pages from which data universally known and recognized by a user called Ortolan57 have been deleted. it should be remembered that Prince Nicholas currently Although there is a republic in Montenegro, it is inserted by the Republic itself in the constitution of this country and has an official role in the Republic with its royal house for a constitutional law of 2012. I, as the official representative of the royal house, contacted this user Ortolan57 inviting him to restore what was written previously. I personally have no intention of initiating any lawsuit. in the spirit of collaboration I explain as requested this expression that you ask me to explain: Prince Nicola is very worried about these manipulations and I in a spirit of collaboration and friendship I wanted to warn that I cannot exclude that in the future he may want to act in some way but none of this will happen by my will my love. it would be absolutely anachronistic to think that these things have no consequence In the future by those who consider themselves damaged as the head of the royal house, I am instead amicably trying to settle the situation. I repeat that I personally do not and will not take any legal action that sentence that asks me to explain simply means that in general extreme behavior can cause extreme consequences, but it is not a direct or indirect threat, I have no intention of proceeding with legal actions neither now nor in the future. it was simply a theoretical consideration based on a logical consideration since the cancellations made are extremely serious so I pray to overcome this moment of block and return to the main discussion because it would be very serious for certain mutilations of the pages to remain. As I said, review conflict of interest and paid editing. You will need to withdraw any and all legal threats to be unblocked. If you have grievances with the article in question, there are proper ways to address them here on Wikipedia. As I said, if you want to go to the courts of your country instead, we cannot stop you from doing that, but you will be unable to edit Wikipedia until any legal actions are concluded. The choice is yours.

please explain to me how I make it clear that I have not appealed and will not take legal action or withdraw them. and please explain to me what review means "conflict of interest and paid editing". however, I declare to withdraw any alleged threat to take legal action.regards GIUTEDESCHI (talk) 12:52, 15 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

Please follow the instructions in the block notice to request unblock, and in that request state that you withdraw any and all legal threats, and have no action pending. 331dot (talk) 15:03, 15 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I want to assure and declare that I have withdrawn all legal threats and have no legal action pending.

Accept reason:

Since you have clearly withdrawn your threats, I will remove the block. I might suggest(but you are not required to) that you apologize to the user whom you directed your legal threat to. Before contributing to the discussion about the article in question, I would advise you to read about conflict of interest, paid editing, and how to make formal edit requests. Again, please keep in mind that articles summarize what independent reliable sources say, not what an article subject wants to say about itself. If there is incorrect information in the article, we want to know what it is along with any independent reliable sources to support it. 331dot (talk) 09:36, 17 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
