Re: Your email to me. Please read the username policy. Your username implies that it is not an individual's account, but shared for a purpose ("service account"), and so it outside of what is allowed by policy. It may also be construed as having elevated permissions. (See WP:ISU and WP:MISLEADNAME.) - UtherSRG (talk) 21:37, 10 November 2023 (UTC)

Sorry I am new here.

I am a solo that account is my gmail account. I use it for all of my company stuff

I submitted for a name change to the account but havent heard back.
