Please don’t bite me, I’m a newbie!
I’m a university student in a Wikipedia Education class, and I’m currently learning how to contribute to Wikipedia.
I am approaching my subject in good faith.
If you have any concerns or questions, my tutor’s name is coconutoil4eva (talk · contribs). Thanks!
Hey Isabella!
I'm another student doing out Wikipedia education course (I won't say specifics to maintain our privacy on here). I selected Beeliar, WA as my topic.
I'm studying Indigenous Studies as my minor and I'd really love to focus (at least some) on the Indigenous group/s from that area. I'm sure we'll be linking and 'seeing' each other a lot anyways!
I'm thinking of writing up the history of the land rights concerning the Beeliar peoples, as well as researching up their history pre- and post- colonisation. I'm not too sure what the current 'rules' are for how much we are allowed to have 'crossing over'. Other topics I may research and discuss are the council (and its history since colonisation), the geographical information, political results and statistics from previous elections, etc etc. Not too sure yet. It's still the first day of the semester! HSIEteacher (talk) 10:02, 1 March 2021 (UTC)
