No censorship

edit

I noticed you are'nt an actual member of Wikipedia:WikiProject Wikipedians against censorship. Join be fore I gets deleted (see what I mean on the project's page).

I'm not? I always thought the userbox would add me to the list. How do I join? Funnybunny 17:52, 12 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Go to the site, find the link to the members page, and put in the 4 ~. The Republican 19:48, 12 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Alright, i'm in. Should we protest about the deletion? Funnybunny 21:59, 12 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

President Peter

edit
Just an FYI, I took the President Peter thing to User:Jimbo Wales. He'd probably help out, and I'd rather he say it isn't for wikipedia that Broken Seague. The Republican 23:26, 15 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

I don't know. Jimbo is a very busy man. By the looks of his talk page, he doesn't respond very much. Hopefully, he gets the message. Funnybunny 23:29, 15 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

I think he responds on his talk page through sockpuppet accounts. The Republican 15:11, 18 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

thanks a lot

edit

for catching that potty humor [or something] at Karl Bitter. I'm sorry to read that your life is so boring, but if you quit being a Republican it might help. Life is exciting and we have to work hard to make it not so [opinion]. Carptrash 15:22, 16 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

No problem! Ever since i've become an RC Patrol, my life wasn't so boring as I thought it would be(maybe I should remove that statement now). But, reverting vandalism is my job. Funnybunny 22:02, 16 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Censoring words

edit

I'm just wondering, why are you going around various articles putting pound signs (#) to replace words like 'pornography' and 'hard on', among others? tv316 06:22, 18 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

When I revert articles, they appear like magic. I don't know why either. Is there some way to stop it? Funnybunny 02:10, 19 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

I suggest you do a diff when reverting using popups, because this is still happening. Stephenb (Talk) 20:04, 19 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Well, if there's no way to stop it, then I plead other users to correct it. Funnybunny 20:09, 19 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Are you checking and asking anyone, or just leaving them for others to find? I don't see evidence of any "pleading" so far. Stephenb (Talk) 20:12, 19 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

I, myself can't correct them because it must be the computer I use. So, I have to let other users to spot and correct them. Funnybunny 20:15, 19 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Make an effort. Check your reversions and, if they inadvertantly censor something, let someone know, rather than just ignoring the situation. I'll do it, if you let me know. But you should be checking if you truely believe there's something wrong with your computer, so please make the effort to both check and let someone know. Stephenb (Talk) 20:23, 19 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Alright. I'll let you know if I accidently censor words. Funnybunny 20:25, 19 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Okay, here goes one now. I've accidently censored words on Breast while trying to revert a vandal's edits. Funnybunny 20:30, 19 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Thanks. I've revert it properly. Sorry if I sounded angry, but reverting vandalism is also my job, so I like to see it being done right :-) Stephenb (Talk) 20:32, 19 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Here's another one over here. Funnybunny 22:05, 19 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Until a solution is found to problem, you can also let me know about all the places you censored. Either leave it here, or on my talk page. I'll see it either way when I run down my watchlist. tv316 23:39, 19 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Okay. I'll add in the edit summary 'censored article' to make it more specific.Funnybunny 02:12, 20 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

You can also find one here.

haha! I blanked your userpage!

I blanked to revenge on all the vandalism you reverted! 70.149.84.127 19:46, 19 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Yeah, take a look at my userpage again. The administrators reverted it. Funnybunny 19:49, 19 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Pat Carroll

edit

Is there something wrong with you?? Why did you delete my edits to Pat Carroll's page. There was nothing unfactual or POV about it. You know that since you didn't even provide any reason.

What is your problem??

Stay out of my work product unless you can cite some violation on my part of Wikipedia rules and regulations. 216.194.1.138 03:10, 20 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Calm down. I thought your edits were vandalism. Everybody makes mistakes. I will stand aside now to let you make your edits to Pat Carrol. Funnybunny 03:21, 20 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Censored page

edit

I've created a page in your userspace for reporting pages you have censored - User:Funnybunny/Censored. Everytime you censor a page, report it there under the date and when I see a change to the page, I'll revert it and remove it from your page. Sound good? tv316 04:27, 20 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Alright, that's easier :) Funnybunny 01:34, 21 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

I think I found the solution to the problem. But, I still might censor articles accidently, so I still need you to keep checking up on my edits. (Test: "I need to stop being hard on myself") If the test doesn't contain #s, it might be fixed. Funnybunny 23:57, 21 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Excellent - well done :-) Stephenb (Talk) 19:31, 23 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Yep. Now its time to catch some vandals. Funnybunny 01:19, 24 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

I don't know if you were making a joke or not, but you just censored yourself here. tv316 01:23, 24 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

No, it wasn't a joke. I fixed it now. Funnybunny 01:27, 24 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Your RFA

edit
You have been nominated for adminiship by me. Please accept at Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/User:Funnybunny. The Republican 15:36, 27 March 2006 (UTC)Reply
I don't know... I don't even have 1000 edits, I only reverted vandalism 200 or so times. But i'll accept it and see how the election goes. Funnybunny 15:39, 27 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

I have no clue why my RfA dissapeared on the page. Splash removed it. I don't know why.

Greetings! I think you would do better to decline for now, and wait until you have a few hundred more edits and more experience in deletion discussions and policy discussions. Cheers! BD2412 T 16:26, 27 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

I removed it because we don't put RfAs on the mainpage until they have been at least accepted by the nominee. Althought "I accept" appears in the relevant part of the RfA, it was not put there by you sicne you have not edited the RfA. Once you have indicated your acceptance, you can add it back to the main RfA page. (However, BD2412 offers you some sound advice just above.) -Splashtalk 16:32, 27 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Okay. Thanx :( I'll wait until June when I break 1,500 edits. Funnybunny 16:34, 27 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for reverting "Ragdoll Physics"

Denvilles railway station

edit

Hiya you voted "Delete" on the Denvilles railway station article. I've provided a new source and possible explanation for the lack of other verification. could you please review your vote? I appreciate that you may not want to change it after seeing the evidence, of course! Vizjim 10:36, 30 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for alerting me. :) Funnybunny 23:11, 30 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

~~ I will be taking a short Wikibreak until I get an internet connection (though it says Apr. 5 on my user page, I may come back earlier or later). This means I will not be replying some time after April 1. Funnybunny 02:57, 31 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Just to let you know, the immature user was imitating you on his user talk page. I'm not sure if that's allowed or not, but I thought I'd tell you. Philc 0780 21:22, 31 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

In my way, impersonating me will get impersonators in deep trouble. Thanks for alerting me. I posted the rudest and meanest of my posts on this punk's talk page. Funnybunny 03:48, 4 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Wikipedia_talk:Censorship

A watered-down version of the proposed policy against censorship is now open for voting. Will you kindly review the policy and make your opinions known? Thank you very much.Loom91 18:03, 5 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Sure. I'll think about it. Funnybunny 21:54, 5 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

You seem to be mistaken about the new censorship policy. You're voting for with the reason "Wikipedia is not a place where offensive images should be shown." This policy states that offensive material is not a valid criteria for removal of content. Do hope you reconsider (but I still hope you vote for :-p).--Frenchman113 19:10, 6 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

It was a network delay issue (my server has a fast internet connection, very fast but apparently not fast enough) - Another check to prevent this from happening is in the works and hopefully should happen soon :) - Sorry about the bug. On another note, thanks for your very kind and supportive words on my RfA, I really appreciate them :) -- Tawker 06:20, 9 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

My RFA

edit

Thanks for your vote.

Hi, this is Matt Yeager. I wanted to thank you for your vote on my request for adminship. The count was something like was 14/20/5 when I decided to withdraw the request. My decision was based on the fact that there are enough things wasting people's time on the Internet that doomed RFA's shouldn't be kept up for voters to have to think about. Regardless of the rationale behind your vote, I hope you will read this note for an extended note and discussion on what will happen before I make another try at adminship (I didn't want to clog up your userpage with drivel that you might not be interested in reading). Thank you very, very much for your vote and your time and consideration of my credentials--regardless of whether you voted support, nuetral, or oppose. Happy editing! Matt Yeager (Talk?) 01:27, 11 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edit to Bahrain was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to recognize and repair vandalism to Wikipedia articles. If the bot reverted a legitimate edit, please accept our apologies – if you bring it to the attention of the bot's owner, we may be able to improve its behavior. Click here for frequently asked questions about the bot and this warning. // Tawkerbot2 02:35, 11 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Actually, we got mixed up there. If you look at the history page, TBC accidently reverted it to the vandal's version, then I tried to revert it to your version, then (I assume TBC was faster) TBC reverted to your version, causing me to revert to the vandal's version, I believe.

Hello

Seen you around, just saying hi to a fellow new user :) T K E 05:09, 12 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Oh, hey. I'm guessing you saw me revert vandalism, right? Funnybunny 22:33, 12 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

By the way, you may want to enhance your monobook more for reverting vandalism. I use a fork of Swatjester's monobook, which doesn't require changing the .css (the skin). It adds many, many useful tabs as well as God-Lite mode which affords you the "rollback" option in comparing edit summaries. Makes revision one click. If you have any questions you can ask Swatjester or myself as we've discussed my fork. The difference is with his, you have to download Wayward's monobook skin, which appears in gray and black as opposed to blue and red. It's all in preference. Happy editing to you! T K E 06:05, 13 April 2006 (UTC)Reply
Alright, thanks for the tip! Funnybunny 21:08, 13 April 2006 (UTC)Reply
Oh, yes I have one question. When I use rollback, it will take forever. Is there a solution? Funnybunny 21:29, 13 April 2006 (UTC)Reply
