Robin Finck

I do not want to argue with you, but my contention is that the discography list in Robin Finck's page is incorrect. He is not credited on The Downward Spiral, Closer To God, or Further Down The Spiral. I have provided sufficient, reliable links that prove this. Ironically, these are the same links that were used on the respective wiki-pages for those very albums. You can see them at the following:

http://www.discogs.com/release/4404

http://www.discogs.com/release/3528

http://www.discogs.com/release/4403

No where is Robin Finck's name listed in the credits. How can you refuse to acknowledge this, but perpetuate validity by assuming your links are the only information that should be deemed worthy? I urge you to make the correct, nonbiased changes.

VR2007 —The preceding unsigned comment was added by VR2007 (talkcontribs) 19:49:55, August 19, 2007 (UTC).

So, you're not even going to consider the verified links that I posted from one of the most trusted discography-related websites in the world? Am I to believe only information you deem appropriate is allowed to be posted on Finck's page? Again, I urge you to review the following:

Hi

Hi. Thanks for reverting the vandalism here ([1]). However, please do remain civil. Even when dealing with vandals who can't spell! I know vandalism can be very frustrating (check out the histories of Red Wolf and Gray Wolf for what I've been dealing with in the last 24 hours) but it just makes you look bad too, if you're rude to them. Cheers! --Dweller 16:28, 16 April 2007 (UTC)

Edit Warring

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Chinese Democracy (album). Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content which gains a consensus among editors. Thank you.Yankees76 03:45, 21 April 2007 (UTC)

GNR Template

I'm wondering if I should remake the band template not that it is bad but use the same style of the band Korn, I think that the style is cool and considering GNR has so much to list it would be cool. Give me your thoughts on my talk page please. Skeeker 09:05, 13 May 2007 (UTC)

Cool, would you know anything about someone deleting the pictures on the infoboxes from the dicography part I work hard on putting them there they arent nessesery (excuse spelling please) but helpful and cool, i f you dont know what I'm talkin about check out the band Mudvayne's dicography. Skeeker 20:29, 13 May 2007 (UTC)
Do you have all of them watched if so could you undo them please? Skeeker 20:35, 13 May 2007 (UTC)
Well thats okay it was cool but if its against guidelines thats alright. I'm making the template now. Skeeker 20:47, 13 May 2007 (UTC)
Now its done so check it out its pretty sweet. Do you live in the states? The Buckethead artical needs cleanup and I see you quite like him so I'll Let you if you want. Skeeker 22:03, 13 May 2007 (UTC)

Your VandalProof Application

Thank you for your interest in VandalProof, Bucketheader. As you may know, VP is a very powerful program, and in fact the just released 1.3 version has even more power. Because of this we must uphold strict protocols before approving a new applicant. Regretfully, I have chosen to decline your application at this time. Please note it is nothing personal by any means, and we certainly welcome you to apply again soon. Thank again for your interest in VandalProof. GNR pinball page move?

Why did you move the "GNR (pinball)" page to "GNR pinball machine"? The "(pinball)" tag is consistent with all the other pinball pages that need to differentiate from other WP pages. Same thing is done with "(roller coaster)" pages. SpikeJones 01:44, 1 June 2007 (UTC)

If you can move it back, that would be swell. For pinball-related page name examples, please see Monopoly (pinball) or The Empire Strikes Back (pinball) (or any of the other examples at "Category:Pinball games"). 'preciate it! SpikeJones 11:12, 1 June 2007 (UTC)

Non-free use disputed for Image:Guns n Roses.jpg

  This file may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:Guns n Roses.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read carefully the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content and then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 07:30, 5 June 2007 (UTC)

Don't Cry

I changed the "Don't cry" redirection page to redirect to the Guns N' Roses song page, BUT also added a link there to be able to get to the other "Don't Cry" page about izi's song. I think that this is clearly right, because most people search for the Guns N' Roses song, like I was, and not about a song of a band that doesn't even have a page here about itself. However, to set things straight, everyone can see the link about izi's single in the Guns N' Roses "Don't Cry" page.

Orphaned non-free image (Image:Axl SweetChild.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Axl SweetChild.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 10:58, 16 June 2007 (UTC)

Guns N' Roses

Hi Bucketheader. I noticed you reverted an edit by an IP address, in which you changed "Guns N' Roses are a nine-piece [...]" to "Guns N' Roses is a nine-piece [...]", leaving the edit summary "there's only 1 Guns N' Roses". It confuses me, because I am confused in band articles whether to change the opening sentence to "are a" or leave them as "is a". What exactly do you mean by "there's only 1 Guns N' Roses"? Kind regards, Sebi [talk] 06:48, 14 July 2007 (UTC)

Thank you for your reply, and for clearing up the confusion. I too agree to keep the same sort of style throughout the article. Kind regards, Sebi [talk] 22:12, 14 July 2007 (UTC)

GNR Project

Hi Bucketheader. We can't create the Guns N' Roses project until we have around 5-10 interested participants, so would you be able to track down some other interested contributors and notify them of the proposal? You don't have to, of course, but it'd be really great to finally get this project up and running. Kind regards, –sebi 02:47, 4 August 2007 (UTC)

Thanks heaps for the work on WikiProject Guns N' Roses/List! Very much appreciated, –sebi 01:55, 7 August 2007 (UTC)

Robin Finck

I'm not trying to start an argument with you, Bucketheader. You are crediting Robin Finck for albums he did not contribute to on any artistic level. The following links provide the OFFICIAL songwriting credit list for The Downward Spiral, Further Down The Spiral, and Closer To God.

http://www.discogs.com/release/4404

http://www.discogs.com/release/3528

Robin Finck is only credited as a performer on Nine Inch Nail's live album, And All That Could Have Been.

Please stop deleting the correct information. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by VR2007 (talkcontribs) 18:53:56, August 19, 2007 (UTC).

Finck is credited on all the albums mentioned in his article, as the sources show. It's you who is removing content. Bucketheader 18:59, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
