I redirected the page to the album article because per notability guidelines (give that a read), songs from albums which aren't singles can not have their own articles unless they have significant notability outside of the album. Which "(sic)" doesn't. REZTER TALK ø 23:17, 15 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

First you'd have to supply sources for the file - compilation = a separate source for each piece thereof. Then after it's sourced, you'd have to go to youtube and see if there is a license given on the site there (and for a compilation, you'll have to check every one of the files you're sampling from to see if they are different). You can match the license(s) on the site with one of the ones listed here Wikipedia:Image copyright tags/All. Skier Dude (talk) 15:39, 23 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

It appears that it's fully (c) without any exceptions, so you can link to it on a user page, but not download it here, without express written permission, via WP:OTRS, from the creator/owner. Skier Dude (talk) 20:08, 23 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

Slipknot Project Roll Call

edit

In an attempt to breath life back in to the Project I am arranging a Roll Call and will begin making arrangement for group initiatives throughout the coming months. Just so the Project can keep an updated list of people who continue to contribute to the Project a Roll Call will happen from time to time. It is understood that over time, users may have lost interest in the Project or Wikipedia all together; if you have, it's no big deal. If you would like to keep contributing to the project please sign the list here. If you do not add your name to the list by January 16, you will become an "Inactive member", this will bar you from voting in the AoF, as well as receiving the monthly newsletter. Remember, if you ever want to join the project again, you are always welcome!!! REZTER TALK ø 01:43, 2 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Thank you

edit

Hey, I just wanted to say thank you for the Slipknot Barnstar. Apologies for not replying earlier, I haven't been on Wikipedia for a while. I keep saying I'm gonna come back and do more work here and I hope I will. Yesterday I completely rewrote the main Slipknot (band) article which took like 12+ hours haha. So I think that's a good start. Anyway, thanks again and I hope we can work on some articles together. --REZTER TALK ø 09:46, 12 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

License tagging for File:Bibo Juice Promo Image.png

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Bibo Juice Promo Image.png. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click the "Edit" tab at the top of the page and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 23:11, 1 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Something for Nothing (album), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page EP (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Roll Call August 2014

edit

With the fifth album just weeks away and loads of information is being released concerning the album, singles, tours etc. I would like as many people as possible to join in to help get some more of Slipknot's articles in the Good Article section and even help push the main page as a featured article. Just so the Project can keep an updated list of people who continue to contribute to the Project a Roll Call will happen from time to time. It is understood that over time, users may have lost interest in the Project or Wikipedia all together; if you have, it's no big deal. If you would like to keep contributing to the project please sign the list. If you do not add your name to the list by September 25, you will become an "Inactive member", this will bar you from voting in the AoF.
