Frederick Johnnie has been playing and singing for as long as he can remember. A forceful piano player. Frederick has been exploring his musical universe in the past few years, he been playing around Alaska and all over Yukon and Canada. Melding the Traditional sounds of his ancestors with the contemporary songs he has heard growing up in Pelly Crossing, Yukon Territory. Frederick is forging a dynamic sound that blends Rock, Jazz, and Blues and reflects his Northern Tutchone upbringing. Frederick Johnnie is the Piano player for The Juno Award Jerry Alfred Shun Dun.
