Great start! I can tell you definitely did your research. I would say that you have included a lot of information about the effects that nitrate has on the body and many ways that people are exposed to nitrate that is probably already included in the article outside of this section. Maybe narrow in on more epidemiological aspects of the exposure and cut out some of the other things. Other than that very well written!

Great start! You have done a lot of great research. As far as editing goes: proofread for sure (I found a couple of errors) and, if you can, find more information about the incidence/prevalence of this disease.
