RfC on Cebactokpatop

edit

The rules for a request for comment on a user require that those who seek comment on a user signify this not only on the talk page of the dispute, but also by adding their signature (with four tildes) on the subsection of the RfC form, 'Users certifying the basis for this dispute'. Could you add your signature to that subsection of the RfC on Cebactokpatop? This to enable the RfC to proceed.
