feedback on article idea

Great idea to write in the article for the Emerald Ash Borer...creating a section on its ecological effects on forest composition and ecosystem processes. Don't ignore what it does in its native range in China, if there are such studies. Tree species that co-evolved with it may be more resilient. While we are experiencing the initial disturbance of the borer, there may be a new disturbance regime in place at some point. And perhaps China will give us a clue to what it will look like.
Also very nice article critique!
