  • In short allergies or not the image is fine and will stay, if you continue uploading copyright images I will have you blocked on Commons and if you remove the image here you could be blocked for disruptive editing ... or I could have the article protected so you and IPs won't be able to edit it at all, Thanks, –Davey2010Talk 21:52, 8 July 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hi Footsmudge, Sorry I don't do phone convos, If you can replace the image with a free one then great however the image needs to be in the exact same set up so basically you'd need to take a picture of her at an event, if the image is like the one you uploaded then it's not going on that article regradless of whether you're the photographer,
I have nothing against Emily however you have to understand from my point of view you shouldn't remove a photo "just because the subject doesn't like it" or "because she has an allergy" but all that aside if you can take an image of her at an event like the one already in the article then I'd be more than happy for it to be changed, Thanks, –Davey2010Talk 22:22, 8 July 2017 (UTC)Reply

Also if you do upload an image it has to be one of the following licenses - CC0 1.0 Universal (CC0 1.0) Public Domain Dedication, Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 Generic (CC BY-SA 2.0) and Attribution 2.0 Generic (CC BY 2.0),
Please note tho these licences are irrevocable (IE you can't change your mind and request them to be deleted - Once you upload them that's it anyone can use them for any purpose and you don't need to be notified first etc etc) so please bear this in mind,
Also if you're the photographer then you would need to go to OTRS at Commons,
But again just to reiterate these licenses are irrevocable so I would advise you do some research first etc etc but all that being said if you want to upload an image like the "allergy" one then please do :),
Thanks, –Davey2010Talk 22:32, 8 July 2017 (UTC)Reply
