Hi. Linking to other articles. Enter the name of the article you want to link to and put [[ at the begining of the title and ]] after it, example Romeo Johnson. Make sure the article name is the same as any mistakes will result in a relink like this:- Romoe Johnson.

For references the easiest way is to type <ref>Type the text of your reference</ref>. The at the bottom of your article type {{reflist}} to produce you list of references. They are numbered automatically so don't worry about including numbers in the reference text. There are a lot of citation templates that you can use for more specific things e.g. websites, books, newspapers etc.

If you need any more help leave a message on my talk page. Hope this helps. NtheP (talk) 19:01, 24 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hi! Welcome to Wikipedia! It sounds like you aren't familiar with the policies that I think this article doesn't meet; may I point you toward them so you can help? If you read them, they'll help you understand why I nominated the article for deletion, and you can see for yourself whether the article should be deleted. Here they are:

  • Conflict of interest. It isn't appropriate for you to create an article, since you are closely connected to him; if he's truly notable, then someone who isn't so close will independently write about him.
  • Neutral point of view. This article is written like an advertisement; if it is to be kept, someone independent of the subject is going to need to completely rewrite it.
  • Notability. The first two don't necessarily require deletion, just rewriting by an independent person. Notability is the thing that will decide whether the article is deleted or not. A person isn't notable simply because he has worked with lots of notable people; in order to show that this person is notable, we'll have to find independent sources that have written significantly about him- newspapers, magazines, music web sites, but not himself or his own web page. If you're aware of such sources, you're welcome to add them to the article or discuss them in the deletion discussion. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 20:58, 25 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

  If you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Romeo Johnson, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred from the tone of the edit and the proximity of the editor to the subject, are strongly discouraged.   1. editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors; and
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).

Please familiarize yourself with relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.
