Hello! I recently reverted one of your reversions on this page, because it appeared to me that you had accidentally reverted it to a vandalized edit. Douglasmtaylor 10:54, 11 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for the help John Floodamanny 18:51, 11 July 2007 (UTC)Reply
I think you may be confused as to what I was doing. The change I made was to a quote, which someone had changed. A quote should be kept in the original form, and in this case the source spells it charidee. Also the article was vandalised earlier, but has been fixed since. I stand corected thanks JH Floodamanny 18:56, 11 July 2007 (UTC)Reply
No problem, you weren't to know, and you're doing the right thing by looking out for vandels. John Hayestalk 18:59, 11 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

I see we are watching the same articles. ;-) Anyway I saw the warning you gave Farahd, I agree he should be warned for his edit, but the template you used, is more suitable when someone attacks another editor, or creates pages attacking editors. I have added my own warning, Template:Uw-joke2, to his page, which is probably more appropriate. For a full list of warnings and notices see WP:WARN, remember to use the appropriate level, so for a first offence level 1 or 2, and then increase if they carry on. If you have any other questions feel free to ask me. John Hayestalk 19:20, 11 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Again no problem, just helping a new user. I wasn't actually watching you, I just happened to see it from the GTA IV page. John Hayestalk 19:24, 11 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
