Orphaned non-free media (Image:Bsb unbreakable.jpg) edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Bsb unbreakable.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 14:46, 17 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Lamensi. I noticed that you recently removed content from Uzbekistan without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. Because the material deleted was sourced, it would be inappropriate to remove the content without discussing why. on the talkpage. Notice of edit warring noticeboard discussion edit

Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. Thank you. Lamensi (talk) 13:14, 8 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

Dear Wikiedpia user Lamensi. May I know accoring what mean you keep editing Uzbekistan profile english page, particularly Official Language section by adding Russian language. As a native uzbek and citizen of Republic Uzbekistan, I can assure you accoring to Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan states - Part one. Fundamental principles Chapter I. State sovereignty,

Article 4.

The state language of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall be Uzbek.

“The official language of Uzbekistan is solely Uzbek, according to Article 4 of the Constitution. There's no single legal act that states that Russian is the second language” - nor “de facto”.

So by these means please stop editing and adding Russian language to Uzbekistan’s profile page’s official languages section or otherwise I’ll report you Wikipedia for defacing and misinformation. Flashuz (talk) 13:30, 8 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

Russian is a de facto official language in Uzbekistan by virtue of being the interethnic language. De facto, as you will note on Wikipedia, means "may not be clarified in law but exists in reality". Government forms, communications with the government, higher education and academia, Presidential and other official correspondence etc can be done in Russian. In fact, notary documents can be produced in Russian in Uzbekistan. This is a status of not being De jure an official language, but having the attributes of an official language - that is, being able to be used in official services (notary documents, civil servants, etc). Therefore, what the Constitution states about Russian is completely irrelevant to the role assigned in the infobox in this particular circumstance. Thanks Lamensi (talk) 13:41, 8 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

Please be kind to provide me with revelent source accoring to Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, exact part/article where Russia stated as “de facto”. By your opinions with the same success English language can be added, as de-facto to →Uzbekistan official language section.

Uzbekistan continued edit

Dear User:Flashuz: If I recall, we had previously agreed to assign Russian the status of interethnic language, which is supported by sources. Instead of reversing edits automatically, I suggest you give a read through the articles to see what was changed. I am working in the framework of the consensus that Russian will be assigned the interethnic status. Which is what I assigned. You remoed it without any explanation or reason. If you look at the article after my edit, and right now, you will see it still lists Uzbek as an official language. Thanks Lamensi (talk) 18:16, 10 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

May 2019 edit

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy by adding commentary and your personal analysis into articles, as you did at Uzbekistan, you may be blocked from editing. Please stop carrying out edits that go against concensus and whom seemingly come from your POV. Vif12vf/Tiberius (talk) 18:40, 10 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
