The article Alterian, Inc. has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article, which appeared to be about a real person, individual animal, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the notability of the subject may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for musicians, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Companies don't get nominated for Oscars - people do. NawlinWiki (talk) 21:35, 28 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edits edit

It looks like you're bulk adding information about Tony Gardner to Wikipedia. If you are him or have a professional or financial tie to him, then you should be aware of our guideline on how to manage a conflict of interest. Some of these edits are shoehorning information about him into places where it doesn't logically go. Please don't add random people to infoboxes, as we don't credit make-up effects there. Also, although we sometimes do credit the special effects in the lead, when you bulk-add one person to lead of many articles, it comes across as promotion. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 20:39, 12 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

Hello, my apologies in regards to adding information in regards to Tony Gardner. After watching a documentary on a film he worked on, and seeing his work credited to another company, I got mad and started looking around online at other projects that he's worked on, on pages like Wikipedia, and realizing that there's almost no credit out there where it should be and I thought I would try to acknowledge his work where possible. My apologies for going about it all wrong - I rarely get the free time i have now, and I'm sure I'm being far too aggressive. It's not meant as promo - just recognition. Tired of seeing the nice guy finish last. (I hope I'm responding correctly - trying to learn.) All the best, FilmFXMan FilmFXMan (talk) 22:17, 12 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add or change content, as you did at The Rock (film), without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. DonIago (talk) 21:21, 12 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

Hello - my apologies. I will get proper reference sources and try to add info again some time in the future. This page is challenging to master ...I hope that I'm responding in the correct place. All the best, FilmFXMan FilmFXMan (talk) 22:23, 12 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
