Russo-Japanese War

I struck out the name of Lazar Mijuskovic because he had no active military command in this war. The field is for active army and navy commanders of the war, not heads of state or defense ministers. Addition of Montenegro to the list of belligerents needs some serious sources - I can find these in Russian, perhaps you have sources in English?
