Wikimedia Stories Project

Aloha!

My name is Victor and I work with the Wikimedia Foundation, the non-profit organization that supports Wikipedia. We're chronicling the inspiring stories of the Wikipedia community around the world, including those from readers, editors, and donors. Stories are absolutely essential for any non-profit to persuade new people to support the cause, and we know the vast network of people who use Wikipedia have so much to share.

I find stories that drive our annual fundraising efforts. It's important to convey the incredible diversity of people who've come to rely upon Wikipedia every day.

I'd really like the opportunity to interview you to tell your story, with the possibility of using it in our materials, on our community websites, or as part of this year’s fundraiser to encourage others to support Wikipedia.

I will be in Buenos Aires from the 10th - 11th of March 2012.

I'm hoping you will elaborate on your story with me. Please let me know if you're inclined to take part in the Wikipedia Stories Project!

I just want to inform you that someone has added a source request for this file, which you uploaded to Wikipedia some time ago, and which I moved to Wikimedia Commons. I saw your strange claim "you have recently blocked me (User:Ale4115)". Martin H. (talk · contribs) is not an admin and cannot block people. Even if you meant "you" as "an admin", Ale4115 (talk · contribs) has never existed. I see Ale4117 (talk · contribs) who has a very similar modus operandi to you but that account has never been blocked. He ment commons:Special:Contributions/Ale4115, im on Commons. But that block will of course stay. Im surprised already that Ale4115 on Commons has a Wikipedia twin Fercho85 with the same copyvio problems, and from your comment I suspect that this wasnt the last bad surprise in this case:

• User talk:Ale4117 = commons:User talk:Ale411, uploading copyvios of trains
• User talk:Ale4110 also copyvios of trains = commons:User talk:Ale4110

Last bunch of copyvios

The last straw was when I found File:Rosariotrolleybus.jpg. You did not even need to copy it because it on the Commons. Also you copied a lower resolution version instead of the original.

To save Martin H. wasting more time on Google images searches, I propose to delete all your remaining uploads apart from File:Fotomia.jpg (a pic of yourself). I thought about being kind and keeping the ones below on the grounds that {{PD-old}} probably applies but since you have not given proper source information, they need to go as well.
