Speedy deletion of Felicia Peacock edit

A tag has been placed on Felicia Peacock, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

A3 - no content

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet very basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this.

Please do not add unhelpful and unconstructive information to Wikipedia, as you did to Zackary Lane Castle. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. James086Talk | Email 06:55, 7 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Notability of Felicia Peacock edit

A tag has been placed on Felicia Peacock, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (below the existing db tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. intgr 05:30, 8 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Felicia Peacock edit

From reading this comment made on another user's talk page it seems that you might not fully understand wikipedia policy. Articles on the Wikipedia mainspace are allowed only for subjects which meet notability criteria. Your user page at User:Feliciapeacock is specifically made so that you can share information about yourself to other wikipedia users. Please stop recreating the Felicia Peacock article on the mainspace as it will continue to be deleted and continued recreation could lead to future blocks. Thank you and happy editing.--Jersey Devil 06:28, 8 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Please just let me have this...I've never felt this...well real. I promise I will take it very seriously. Please it's all I ask. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Feliciapeacock (talkcontribs).

If you can't establish notability then this article will be deleted, no exceptions. -- intgr 06:41, 8 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
Wikipedia is not your web space provider — it's an encyclopedia. -- intgr 06:44, 8 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
This is your final warning. If the article is created again you will be blocked for disruption.--Jersey Devil 08:10, 8 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
Also, I deleted the content of your userpage, because it fails user page content. Real96 05:28, 9 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

(reduce indent) Okay, I will list as WP:MFD. Real96 05:34, 9 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

As Jersey Devil said above, articles are for subjects that meet the notability criteria, basically they need sources that are independant and published (like a newspaper or book). I apologise if you felt I treated you like you're 5, it wasn't intended. The message you got from me was a template, designed to be informative but not by any means belittling. I hope I haven't put you off Wikipedia and if you have any questions feel free to ask. Thanks, James086Talk | Email 05:37, 9 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
