Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion pages, as you did with 4 Digital Media. Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. 4 Digital Media

If, as you suggest, 4 Digital Media, 4 Digital Asia and any other subsidiary company merit their own article then you can create one. However I would suggest that to avoid it getting deleted immediately that you develop it in your own userspace e.g. at User:Feedback555/sandbox and then have the article reviewed before it is moved to mainspace.

If you choose this method then you need to address the following as a minimum

• is the company notable? See WP:COMPANY for guidance/defintion. Note the films produced may be notable in their own right, this doesn't guarantee the notability of the parent company. Neither can the argument be used that says 'there is an article about company X, 4 Digital Media are just as famous'. See Wikipedia:Other stuff exists and WP:OTHERSTUFF

• can the information be verified? See WP:V for detail. References to other wikipedia articles are not good enough, there must be reliable sources quoted to support the facts. Reliable sources excludes the company's own website, press releases etc.

• There have been 4 previous articles on this company, all of which have been deleted becasue they failed to meet the above criteria, so you have an uphill struggle.
