Ambrosius Holbein edit

Thanks - my pleasure! Let me know if you do any more that you'd like checked over. Johnbod (talk) 16:43, 27 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Turkish delight edit

I think you have misunderstood my edit. You removed the cs:Turecký med link. An anon added 'Cyprus delight', which I then removed. I did not change any of your edits or add back the cs:Turecký med link. --macrakis (talk) 18:01, 16 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Pálenka edit

Keeping two identical copies of the same article is poor practice. We don't do that here. If you want to merge the pages for Pálenka and Palenka, please do so properly. Reverting the work of another editor without understanding the basis for it doesn't advance the project. Thank you. Owen× 00:43, 25 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

@OwenX: I was wondering if the desired result could be achieved by deleting the existing redirect at Pálenka and moving Palenka? I guess the answer hinges on whether the edit history at Pálenka is sufficiently non-trivial to be worth preserving? I have listed this case at Requested moves to explore this possibility. Feel free to comment there. Thanks. – Wdchk (talk) 15:16, 26 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
Thank you, Wdchk! I'll be happy with any solution that results in a single, merged page, with the history of both pages preserved. If my help is needed to merge histories or suchlike, please let me know. Owen× 18:20, 26 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
Well, sorry if I did so, but I am afraid what I did was not keeping 2 identical copies as I have made the Pálenka article the main one and the Palenka a redirect as it was impossible for me to simply move it. Well after all, now we have here the article with the right spelling and this is the most important thing, I believe. Once more sorry if I have caused you all troubles.Feťour (talk) 18:52, 26 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
Not a problem – we are all just trying to work together to get the right result. – Wdchk (talk) 12:26, 27 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for October 31 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Jan Rypka, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Dean. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
