Hi, You don't appear to be blocked, at least not on this named account - can you please tell us the exact message you get when you try to edit? -- Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 20:31, 2 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

thank you for your reply. this is the exact message that i get when i try to MOVE my page: You cannot move pages because your account is too new or is blocked from editing. If you would like a page to be moved and you are not blocked, you can list it at Wikipedia:Requested moves. Please do not just copy and paste the contents of the page to a new title, as that destroys the edit history of the page.

Mr. case, thank you for your reply. this is the EXACT message that i get when i try to MOVE my page: "You cannot move pages because your account is too new or is blocked from editing. Decline reason:

Procedural decline, because you are not blocked. The reason you cannot move pages is because your account is too new - you need to be autoconfirmed, that is you need to have been registered for at least 4 days and have made at least 10 edits before you are able to move pages. You can either wait another day and then do it, or follow the instructions and request the move at Wikipedia:Requested moves - or if you tell me what page you want moved and where to I'll check it and do it for you. But you are not blocked, and don't need to make any more unblock requests - just add a comment below, and I'll see it because I'm watching this page -- Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 23:26, 3 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

February 2013 edit

Please do not add or change content, as you did to Glitch art, without verifying it by citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Please also see WP:OR. freshacconci talktalk 18:41, 2 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Glitch art. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. freshacconci talktalk 21:10, 2 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

ok, i will add my sources now.

This is your last warning. You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to Glitch art. Eyesnore 21:16, 2 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

now you have me confused. you asked me to add my sources which i did. can you please explain what i need to do differently? thank you

You do understand that simply adding any old source is not what we're talking about? Nam June Paik, for example, is not a Glitch artist and the source you provide makes no claim. Artists can't be "claimed" for a movement. You need proper sources that state that the artist is part of glitch art. Leave the list out. And please sign your hame with four tildes and use edit summaries. freshacconci talktalk 21:25, 2 February 2013 (UTC)Reply
  • Please also look at WP:RS and WP:OR. Facebook, for example, is not a reliable source. The sources used need to say that the artist is a glitch artist and the sources themselves need to be proper sources, with no affiliation with the subject. freshacconci talktalk 21:30, 2 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Excuse me, but Nam jun Paik absolutely IS a glitch artist.

According to you. Did He ever claim to be a glitch artist? Is there a reliable source available that makes that claim? If not, then we can't make that claim. And please sign your name and use edit summaries. It's proper etiquette.freshacconci talktalk 21:34, 2 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

whats an edit summary? how do u sign your name?

When you make an edit there's a box just below the content box that's says "Summary"> You indicate what your edit is about. You sign your name using four tildes (~). I'll post a welcome message here which will give you some more info about editing. freshacconci talktalk 21:43, 2 February 2013 (UTC)Reply
