Speedy deletion nomination of User:Farbenprofi edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on User:Farbenprofi, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Hi, sorry for disturbance, but I have a question... edit

... is it correct to speak about from a CieLab Color Space instead of a CieLab Color Model? Thank you in advance.

Hello...?!? edit

Can somebody explain why questions here will "imediately" be removed?

In case if you wiki gods have a problem with the user then why you don't block the user?

An answer is welcome.

CIELab model or space edit

The CIELab color model is a set of mathematical formulas, and its result are the colour coordinates L,a,b. These can be shown in a three dimensional cartesian coordinate system, where all of the Lab-possibilites form a volume (space). In other words: both is correct. CIE is the abbreviation for Commission Internationale de l'Eclairage, therefore capital letters are common. For the coordinates L,a,b both is used. Therefore CIELab and CIELAB is both correct and common, but CieLab is not. --Farbenprofi (talk) 14:42, 15 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Company advertising? edit

Hi, I can assure you that my page should not advertise my company. In contrary, I am standing for non-commercial colour. Together with some color professionals we founded the freieFarbe e.V., this is a non-profit association for the promotion of free and open (non-commercial) color communication. Therefore a deletion of my user page seems to be inappropriate to me. I will write some more lines about that.--Farbenprofi (talk) 14:55, 15 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

176.127.232.55 (talk) 19:48, 15 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Sorry ... I do not have an immediate answer on your color calc question, and think my Wikipedia user discussion page ist not the correct place for these. --Farbenprofi (talk) 07:21, 16 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
