August 2013 edit

Hello, I'm Smsarmad. I wanted to let you know that I removed an external link you added to the page GEO Super‎, because it seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you.   Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to GEO Super. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. SMS Talk 17:46, 23 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to TEN Sports. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia.   This is your last warning. You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to TEN Sports.  A m i t  웃   17:48, 23 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing, because this account has been used only for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to Wikipedia policy. Also, your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation, which is also against policy. Wikipedia is an encyclopaedia, not a free advertising service. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.
