Following your block for persistent uploading files without evidence of copyright permission, you have continued to do the same, in some cases even re-uploading exactly the same image which you previously uploaded, and which had been deleted. Quite simply, you cannot post content to Wikipedia that you have copied from somewhere else unless you provide proof that the content is either in the public domain or issued under a free license compatible with Wikipedia's terms of use. Far from doing that, you have in some cases actually given a link to a page you have copied an image from, and that page has contained a copyright message making it clear that the content is not freely licensed. This talk page contains dozens of messages about these copyright problems, but you have never responded to any of them. You have therefore been blocked again, this time indefintiely. That does not mean that you have to stay blocked for ever, but it does mean that you will remain blocked until you can convince an administrator that you understand what the problem with your editing has been, and that you will not do the same thing again. In order to do that, you may request to be unblocked by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box.
