Thank you.

A tag has been placed on Cuca Roseta, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising that only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an acceptable page. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item G11, as well as the guidelines on spam.

If you can indicate why the subject of this page is not blatant advertising,  . Clicking that button will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. You are welcome to edit the page to fix this problem, but please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. As well as removing promotional phrasing, it helps to add factual encyclopaedic information to the page, and add citations from independent reliable sources to ensure that the page will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Ubelowme U Me 15:01, 14 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Maria Ana Bobone

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Maria Ana Bobone requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Why they had to go

edit

"I have all the legal rights to publish information about Maria Ana Bobone and all the copyrights are mine beacuse i am legal manager of Maria Ana Bobone)" - that's the problem. Wikipedia is licensed for anyone anywhere to use under a thing called CC-BY-SA 3.0, and your text isn't. Only text written here, or in the public domain (certain government things, and stuff that's public domain because of its age), or licensed under CC-BY-SA can be used here. (Brief quotes may be used, but only when there's no easy way round things.) Your text could be licensed, but I wouldn't advise it. It was designed to promote Maria Ana Bobone, and promotion is not allowed here. I feel there's a good chance she might be notable enough for an article - look at WP:BAND (yes, I know she's not a band, but the same policy applies to all musicians) and at WP:RS about the reliable independent sources needed to prove the notability. Not every performer gets an article - this is an encyclopaedia, not a directory or something like Facebook, and we insist on notability. Our standard of notability, that is. You would have to rewrite the text to avoid sounding promotional (see WP:NPOV - neutral point of view), and keep well away from the original. You can't say things like "explores and reveals the full dimension of her talent" - we regard that as promotional. If you do want to try again, rewrite it first on paper or in a word processor, and find references that fit WP:RS. Then put it at User:Fadoevarios/DRAFT (just click that and save it), and ask for advice. Good luck. Peridon (talk) 15:55, 14 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

The same applies to Cuca Roseta too. Only redo one first to get it right. Peridon (talk) 15:58, 14 October 2012 (UTC)Reply
