Request reason:

I've understood the reason of the block,and it isn't more necessary,this never will happen more in future.I readed again the rules of Wikipedia,of commons,and i can promise that i never will be more involved into things like these.I hope to be unblocked,for can show you that i'm here for constructive things,and for improve as more pages as i can (that are under my skills).I also invite you to check my good improvements,like for example about flag maps of Maldives,Anguilla,Saint Helena and the flag of Prince Edward Island. Reply Are two different files,as how you said about COM:OVERWRITE. My version (or better,of DrRandomFactor,i gaved him his credits on the file that i've updated),is a different upload,as how you've required.Why are you asking me for this? Are two different and separate files,i don't intend to continue edit warring,and i don't intend to replace the first one with the second one,my edit have end,that's all.
