The souring, which is highly questionable, has been challenged by 3 separate editors. You need to produce verbatim text (word for word) if you wish for this information to stay. Do you intend to meet this request? Please answer the question. Wikispan (talk) 17:53, 20 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
That is not a source; it's an assertion. If you wish to restore the information, then you need to reproduce the written text as it appears in the book or magazine. Please contribute to the discussion here or self-revert. Wikispan (talk) 18:11, 20 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
That is not a satisfactory response. The souring has been challenged and you are required to satisfy the concern raised by three separate editors. Wikispan (talk) 18:27, 20 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Mariah Carey

edit

Hello, I didn't know who you were at first. Understand something first please. If Yahoo Music is quoting Billboard, it means they support their information. Also Billboard and Yahoo Music are much more reliable than Entertainment Weekly. Now I'm fully supportive of you describing aspects of her voice and being specific, but you need reliable sources, not Entertainment Weekly, which are just a pile of crap here. Also, there is nothing there about Carey contradicting herself, all she said in this interview is she doesn't know her range and other similar things. Please explain to me how thats contradicting, secondly how can you contradict yourself if you've never claimed something. The sources are Billboard, not Mariah Carey's word. Do you have any other questions?--PeterGriffinTalk 10:43, 25 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

Mariah Carey can say shes sold 500 million albums, and she can say it to the President, does that mean we put it in Wikipedia? Also, saying something and then not saying it is NOT contradicting. Contradicting herself would be saying 5 then 4. So please stop.--PeterGriffinTalk 11:01, 25 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

We've been over this before...

I don't know if you don't understand or don't care to understand, but reverting edits on a whim, especially ones that house reputable sources is not the way users edit. What makes those authors so important that they need to be referenced multiple times? What makes them more reliable than The New York Times or AllMusic? You need to use the talk page first, which is something I have told you beforehand. I'm not going to ask you, again. BalticPat22Patrick 19:55, 9 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
