May 2022 edit

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions; however, it appears you may have written a Wikipedia article, or a draft for a Wikipedia article, about yourself. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – please see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to or change an existing article about yourself, you are welcome to propose the changes by visiting the article's talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was the page I created deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss this with the deleting administrator. Thank you. Theroadislong (talk) 19:16, 3 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

I have been working on this for a while and I am a student. This was deleted in error. Please undelete. All my hard work gone. Ezavian (talk) 19:18, 3 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
It was deleted because it had not been edited for 6 months. Creating an autobiography is the most difficult task on Wikipedia, so difficult that in all my many years here, I have rarely seen it achieved. Theroadislong (talk) 19:22, 3 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
I am a student so it was not an autobiography. I am busy with school, so don't have a great deal of time during the semester to work with. Please undelete! All my hard work gone. Ezavian (talk) 19:40, 3 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
I am not an admin so cannot undelete your draft. Theroadislong (talk) 19:47, 3 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
So, you can delete at random but cannot undelete? Ezavian (talk) 19:57, 3 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
Where is the ADMIN button? Ezavian (talk) 19:58, 3 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
I have not deleted anything, you have already requested that your draft be undeleted, an admin will consider that at some point. Theroadislong (talk) 20:00, 3 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "Ezavian", may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because you have implied that you are not Ellen Zavian - the subject of your writing - but your username "Ezavian" implies that you are. Please note that you should not use a username that implies that you are a real, identifiable person when you are, in reality, not that person. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username by completing the form at Special:GlobalRenameRequest, or you may simply create a new account for editing. Thank you.   Hello, Ezavian, welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions.
